I created this pieces because I enjoy the style of art nouveau. I recently found some images of art nouveau that was developed prior to Alphonse Mucha. Though it also had the label of art nouveau it was considered to be foremost Jugend. The jugend stle of art nouveau is what I chose to be framing the faces of these portraits.
